Last Saturday I had the pleasure of speaking at The Goalden Company’s Vision Board Social in North Charleston
I had such an amazing time with everyone at the first Frame Your Vision Board Social. By @thegoaldencompany Thank you again @1niajoy for providing the platform. I look forward to attending and speaking at more engagements like this. #in2018iwill #visionboard #thatgalrei #inspire #visionaryart #visionaryinspirations #naturalambassador #charlestonsc #charleston #blackbloggers #brandinfluencer #bloginfluencer #visionary
My theme was It’s Never Too Late: Dare to Dream and my goal for the evening was to remind and encourage those in attendance that:
- Nothing is impossible
- It is Okay to take a break
- Challenge yourself daily
- Don’t give up until you are proud.

I had an absolutely amazing evening with everyone. In mid-December, I posted on Instagram that I wanted to travel and represent my brand/blog or one of my brand sponsors at some point in 2018. Even though I only “traveled” to my second home Charleston Nia, the founder of The Goalden Company, presented the opportunity and platform for me to check off one of my goals for this year. The feedback I received from those in attendance has motivated me to seek out more speaking opportunities such as this one–PSA recommendations and referrals would be lovely.

It was such an honor to stand alongside Najeema Davis Washington, founder of LAE Success Strategies, Edelena C. Smith, Founder of Unforgettable Gem’s and Nia Joy, Founder of The Goalden Company. You had to be there to really receive and absorb the messages we all provided.
